Christmas with the Learning Tree Day Nursery

It has been a real pleasure to celebrate Christmas with the Learning Tree. Jess & her teams are very grateful to have had the use of St John’s for a wreath making session!

We are also grateful for the wreath which the children helped to make for us (see photo below).

A delicious Christmas dinner was served to children and adults alike (thanks Amy!) followed by a community tea in the church to which the children invited neighbours and friends who they meet on their walks around the village. It was lovely to see children & adults playing and chatting together. Another great opportunity for church and pre-school to reach out to the wider community and one which we hope to build on in 2026.
