St. John’s Church - The church near the football field!

St John’s Church in Peasedown is an Anglican Church that wants to support families in our community.

We have different things for all including…

SJ’s Little Ones
On Mondays, we hold a baby group which is a nice quiet and small group with coffee and cake too.
On Tuesdays, we hold a Toy Library where parents are welcome to stay and play plus also to become a member of the Toy Library and borrow Toys.
On Fridays, we hold a stay and play toddler group called Little Lights for all to come with coffee, cake and a bit of craft too.
All from 10am-12pm at St. John’s Church in Term Time

SJ’s Fun Times
The key purpose behind the creation of our 'Fun Times' events in each school holiday is to provide a low cost affordable event for families with a big obstacle course for primary aged children and a smaller bouncy castle for toddlers. Fun Times also includes a pop-up cafe selling cakes and fresh coffee plus some craft activities too."

SJ’s Club
At SJ’s Club you can expect to enjoy a snack whilst having a good catch up with everyone in the group – sharing jokes and stories. You will get to do a different craft or activity every week and there is always play dough and colouring available if you like to settle down. For those who are more active we have a large open space which we use for ball games, parachute games and dance ribbons.

New Family Movies
we are looking at putting on occasional movies throughout the year for families to come together to enjoy with some popcorn too. Watch out for more information.

Celebrating the birth of a child or would like to get married
We can hold Christening services or a Wedding or a Wedding Blessing; please contact us below. to discuss your requirements.

Plus our usual regular services each Sunday at 10.30am and 4.30pm (with children’s provision for 4-11 years old).
