Nominations and elections of Parish Wardens for 2018/2019
Matthew expressed his thanks to Joy Fraser and Richard Elsip for their hard work over the past year. Richard has done three years and Joy, who has completed six years in the past has now completed the first year of her new term. Richard Elsip is happy to do a fourth year and has been nominated by Steve Schuster and seconded by Jane Newland; Joy Fraser is nominated by Heather Morgan and seconded by David Williams. The Church Wardens are the vicar’s critical friends. Leadership can be a very lonely place and so they provide support. Richard and Joy were elected unanimously as Church Wardens.

The Finance Report & Approval of Accounts including Questions
The numbers in the APCM booklet are incorrect so please see the service sheet for the correct amounts. It is wonderful that we are carrying forward a sum of £35,000 to 2018. Matthew thanked Jane for all her hard work in being Treasurer and in keeping the books. He also thanked Dick Beath for his work as Auditor. In April Claire Carr is starting as Book Keeper. There were no questions on the accounts. It was noted that since the PCC meeting was cancelled due to snow the accounts were approved for presentation by email. Rich Miles proposed that we accept the accounts and this was seconded by Alan Dolman. They were approved unanimously.

Questions about other Reports
There were no questions on the reports.
